Luis Macedo is a professional trumpet player from Portugal. Known for being the Lead Trumpet from the renowned European jazz orchestra, Matosinhos Jazz Orchestra (OJM)
Throughout his impressive career, Luis has been performing, recording and collaborating with musicians and orchestras worldwide such as Richard Bona, Perico Sambeat, Andrew Rathbun Large Ensemble, Rebecca Martin, Larry Grenadier, Kurt Rosenwinkel, Chris Cheek, HR Bigband (Frankfurt Radio), Kiko Freitas, China Moses, Seamus Blake, to name a few. Luis is currently a Yamaha Music Europe and sE Electronics official Artist as well as a Denis Wick Artist.
